These terms and conditions are an integral part of all our quotations and contracts regarding deliveries and services including those in current or future business relationships.
Deviating agreements, in particular contradictory terms and conditions of our customers as well as special agreements are subject to our explicit prior written consent, in order to become part of a contract.
