CNC Milling Engineer (m/f)

for 3-axis machining
Your responsibilities:
  • Setting up and programming of a CNC-controlled 3-axis milling machine
  • Independent programming of a Heidenhain iTNC530 control
  • Manufacturing of single parts and small batches
  • Supervising of manufacturing processes
  • Quality control of the manufactured parts
     
Your skills:
  • Completed apprenticeship as cutting machine operator in the field of milling technology and/or equivalent education in metal issues
  • Experience in the manufacturing of single parts
  • Certainty in the processing of drawings
  • Good programming knowledge of the Heidenhain iTNC 530

Conventional Lathe Operator (m/f)

Your responsibilities:
  • Manufacturing of lathed parts, single parts and small batches on conventional machine tools
  • Set up of lathes
  • Manufacturing of workpieces considering form, measure and position tolerances

Your skills:
  • Completed apprenticeship as cutting machine operator specialised in turning, industrial mechanics and/or equivalent education in metal issues
  • Work experience as conventional lathe operator desirable

Field Mechanic (m/f)

With focus on mechanical or electrical engineering
Your responsibilities:
  • Installation and commissioning of our fully automatic packaging plants at the customers facility
  • Maintenance and repair of existing machines
  • Assembly of the machines in the factory
     
Your skills:
  • Completed apprenticeship as a machine fitter / electronic technician for automation technology / electronic technician for operating technology / mechatronics technician  
  • Work experience with packaging machines in the field of special machinery construction or in the field of automation technology
  • English language skills 
  • Willingness to travel

Technical Purchaser (m/f)

Your responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the procurement of all materials, goods and services of the company with focus on the procurement on schedule in accordance with the quality, date and budget requirements
  • Vendor selection and  requests for quotations as well as  price negotiations with vendors and conclusion of delivery agreements
  • Internal and external contact person for vendors with focus on a long-term and cooperative partnership, as possible
  • Elaboration of cost and/or saving potentials with the procurement of materials
  • Deadline tracking and cost controlling as well as claim processing
  • Invoice checking
  • Responsibility for the requirement planning, scheduling and production control
  • Blocking and releasing of stocks
  • Maintaining of material master data in close coordination with the engineering department
  • Preparation of parts lists calculations and price analyses
  • Good cooperation with the respective departments: Engineering, Warehouse, Controlling, Service, In-house production, Assembly

Your skills:

  • Completed university degree as business economist or business engineer / completed commercial apprenticeship with technical orientation (e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering or mechatronics) / technical education, or many years of work experience in a technical sector
  • Perfect reading of technical drawings (technical understanding) and calculation of prices and delivery periods resulting thereof
  • Knowledge in scheduling, material requirements planning and production control
  • Pronounced cost awareness and knowledge in contract management as well as pronounced negotiating skills and assertiveness
  • Target orientation, ability to work in a team, capacity to cope with stress
  • Sound MS-office user skills, ideally knowledge of ERP-Systems
  • Spoken and written English
